One time I was laying in my car at school and a parking security was checking cars. he got to mine and didnt see my permit and was about to write a citation when i rolled down my window and said its on the top corner.

i swear, they're too lazy to fully check..

...and that scheme probably works considering that without evidence from a nearby public camera, it'd be your word vs. theirs and it's hard to win in that case.
