This. Right here. Many times.

How I want to approach the conversation is almost never the best way to do it. It might be the most satisfying way at times, but still, not the best way.

I only get to approach situations like this, in the manner that I want, when it's employees on our payroll. Outside contractors, get a more professional discussion, but I typically enjoy those too, as I get to use my tongue to slice and dice in a more creative manner that makes them have to think about what I said. The difference here is that one get to be upset instantly, the other takes a while for them to think about what I said before they get upset.

I ate Chipotle today. I tried the new smoked brisket and it was actually pretty good.

Poor TAB guy is like WTF.
Is this for a repair or inspection? Will TAB boy be doing the corrections? Either way, bless whoever....

I deal with this stuff more often than not.
TAB is third party hired by the owner. So he's just throwing a finger up and reporting
Mechanical and controls needs to come back and move the sensors.

Poor guys. It's job security for me.

I confess that…..

….I saw some motorcycle contraption while patrolling today and couldn't figure out who manufactures it. It had two front wheels with double forks on each side and a single rear wheel. It was dark and two lanes away.

It looked factory though, so that's why I'm curious.

Apparently they frickin' sell well. The mopeds in Europe with three wheels sell well due to increased traction.

But the beauty behind motorcycles is simplicity. Not extra forks, suspensions and a hefty price tag lol.

Mopeds, fine. Maybe touring bikes, okay. But not crotch rockets. Shits still hideous though, lol

Been a while since I've been to confession...Here goes. Installed a new garbage disposal the other day. This morning my wife tells me the dishwasher is "broken." I fire it up and it goes through its cycle of trying to drain itself. Eventually it times out and gives up. Damn it. I realized I forgot to remove the dishwasher knock out plug from the new disposer. Back under the sink I go....

NO, I think not. Perfect for those who have been riding for ages but for some reason, have stability problems due to age and/or medical conditions. I would buy that that before a Spyder.

Still hideous. Already commented on improved traction and on a moped / touring bike yes. No to crotch rockets / street bikes.

Besides, can't split lanes on that monstrosity.

I'm glad I have support.

Manicures I feel are sort of pointless... but I'm all about pedicures!

Who creates an event for their own birthday party on Facebook and then watches people say sorry they can't make it? Who does that?

I dated her briefly. She's very intelligent, graduated from Cornell. But there was just something not right. I confess that I think she's a nut job
