ive got the borla exhaust w/the borla secondary delete pipes...no drone really @ all...tiny section of the rpm range where I might get it, but im never there with 6mt

would be curious how it sounds with ar catless dps though...and how it smells?

smell isn't that bad. there was someone who had catless system at the dyno and when he was running it it smelled like normal exhaust

the new canbus dynos ive seen make me want that ic to come faster...370 whp 387 wtq on stage 1 with dci? nutty

ah gahd. You just may tempt me to go the Procede route now.

maybe the rear and sides and exhaust as well but thats just being hopefully

if you take out cats, you should also be concerned with a raspy sound. putting in an x-pipe would help, and its very dependent on what system you go with for mufflers. IMO rasp suckssss

so far Ive got no rasp without my secondary cats installed, which is nice, but the muffler is relatively quiet, just a bit deeper than stock.

cool, what i'm curious about is if he will paint the hood and gradually fade into the CF (like full paint where the hood meets the side skirt, and then gradually fade or stop at the lines in the hood). I can find pics if you don't know what I mean

^ Mine is better! So dropped the car off at the dealer today. Driving a '09 528xi. Nice car, only 800 miles on it. Love that new car smell. Nice car overall. Lots of room in this thing, holy crap! Might have to post some pics later. Thinking about flashing it since i will have it for a few days
