i cannot log on regularly using any program (IE, Firefox, Safari). It just tries to load and freezes. I've used vbulletin on other forums before and you have a option to mess with other peoples IP's. I know you can make it so that a certain IP address will take FOREVER to load the page to the point where they will most likely give up trying to get on the site (my situation).
Using different web proxy, some let me log on but once i do it says IP Banned and others, like the one im using right now, lets me long on without a problem. I've been trying to figure out whats wrong with the help of JT and Steve but still cant solve the problem so fuck it!

hey guys, where would you go to get a set of rotors drilled? Machine shop? Wheel/tire shop? Can you even do that to a stock rotor?
