We had a bunch of vegetables that were starting to look a little wilty, so I threw together a stir fry. Chicken, carrots, bok choy, onion, broccoli, celery, shitake mushrooms. Just love shitakes. We cut them thick and it's like having two kinds of meat in there. So good. That wok's got some miles on it; I've had it for 35 years, I think.
