lol actually idk where you guys get the idea dim sum is from Hong Kong... its actually from a village in Mainland China. They are the ones famous for noodles and dim sum.

maybe the meats better in HK, but the flour part is not even that good. the wrap has a special way to make them and none I've tasted from HK knows how to make the wrap.
