Their southern distributor is EVS in Houston. I don't like dealing with him. I deal with ADV.1 directly and demand shipped str8 from their factory once built. goodluck tho, i'll cause hell with them if you dont get your wheels back in place. their been a good sponsor to me n i dont like them effing up my boys shit. keep me up with the updates.

Why do I have red brake dust on my rear wheels. Looks like discs are rusting...possible?

Damn New Orleans roads... Going to need new front tire tomorrow. Pot hole ruined my night. I don't think I did a good job hiding that I cared more about how my car was than my date.

Why hide that fact? If she understands then she's a keeper.

Had that happen to my rotors as well some really hard aggressive braking should get it to come off.

Rotrs will form a light rust covering if they get wet and are left alone. Once you drive and hit the brakes that is gone. If it's on your wheels then that's just that rust scale getting knocked off the rotors and landing on your wheels. A quick wash (or even a drive in the rain) should get rid of it since that rust scale is not nearly as adhesive as brake dust is on your wheels.

If it doesn't come off easy then it's probably some form of clay or dirt from something you have recently driven through.

Mine have been red for months. Looks terrible. When I wash my car, I scrub and scrub those rotors to try and get it off and nothing works.

At least I will get a Mtech bumper out of it. That will compliment the blacklines nicely . I guess I will just daily drive the M3 until I get the 335i back.

P.S.

Looking forward to seeing you at the track.

Rotors are red? Even after braking? Brake pad friction takes off any rust scale. Unless you use wool pads, it'll be hard to just wash/wipe it off while washing. If you still have rust marks on your rotors after braking a few times you might have caliper issues.

She keeps her car outside everyday and night. That usually builds up or maybe not using the brakes hard enough. I know some high performance cars you really gotta use em haha.

The way I drive, I've never had a problem with rust on my rotors after washing the car. My cars also stay garged though, so there's never much buildup anyway. With the crappy electronic rear diffs in these cars, just go power out of a few corners and the rear brakes will clean themselves lol

How does where I keep my car connect with brake dust build up? If the car is not moving how does anything build up?
