Have finally had it with all the dust from the Textar pads on the front so put on some Akebono ceramics and gave the front wheels a good cleaning.

I sold my non heated seats today. I am out of pocket $50 for my heated seat retrofit.

Ditched my staggered 18-inch VMRs for OEM 17s with 50 series sidewalls. I gotta get around NYC without my car breaking apart over every bump.
Adjusting the rear coilovers was such a pain in the ass. Still need to go up about an inch in the rear. No rubbing through over a 300 mike road trip with rear passengers! Next is getting rid of the BC Racing coilovers for the Bilstein pro kit when it becomes available. |

I don't blame you. My first trip through NYC a few years ago I cracked one of the 16's on the 325. I'm usually good at dodging pot holes but somehow missed a giant canyon in the road. I thought I broke a front control arm. Today I parked the 328 for a few days. The valve cover smoke is getting really bad. I popped the hood and could literally see oil dripping on the cat converters. I have the N51 so it should be covered under SULEV warranty. Have a dealer appointment Monday and a little worried about bringing it to them given past experiences with dealers... but we will see.

Hot air intake but why...colder the better just making intercooler less effective... would have been easy to run down low in front somewhere or to the stock inlets

Agree AP, tbh there is simply no room down there, oil coolers take up the space under the headlights, the CFS radiator takes up the room behind the radiator support and the PSP 900i takes up the room in front. Turbo is too close to the radiator support to fit a stumpy pod, in fact the rad support had to been trimmed to give the 4" 90 degree silicone elbow enough clearance to fit the ss pipe. Without ordering a custom pod filter there is no room even to put a pod between the engine and the fan due to water and oil lines etc.... The only real option is a turbo guard... but not a fan
