oh yea.. and all i do is drink water.. i drink monster and gatorade from time to time, but nothing more than consumption of water..

i'm fat and need to do something about this..

Yea, we dont really drink persian tea in my house anymore, just jasmine and green tea. And I rarely drink coffee, though I like it

That's what sucks about being persian/arab...when I go to my parents house, it's just coffee, tea, coffee, food, tea, coffee, tea

Hello Rene, Pleasure.

It is pronounced phonetically as FONG-ER.

Actually pronounciation is without the ER.

Unless you are asking about pronounciation in its ethnic origin in which case i can't spell it out phonetically

Yeah... got diagnosed last December. On medication and limiting what I eat.

My dad was a type 1 diabetic and seeing what he went through, I'm thankful that I am a type 2, where I can take medication orally and not have to worry about insulin.

Drinking water like crazy all day will make you drop like 5 lbs. Water is the best thing for you

damn, sorry to hear man. One of my best friends has type 1, but it's never slowed him down! I'd say "good luck" to you guys but you dont need it, it's not about luck. It's about your strength and discipline to cope with things like that. So keep it up bud
