When I worked at TWG, most of the assembly guys on the floor below us were SE Asian, so they would come up and heat up seafood leftovers in the Engineering break room.

It didn't take long for us to just give them a microwave for their break area.

Breaded chicken cutlet, ham and Swiss cheese with stewed Romana tomatoes and more cheese.

I am also in the process of baking a lasagna for tomorrow. For some reason, I prefer it re-heated.

Baked potato. I like to coat the skin with olive oil, salt and pepper, and whatever hot sauce I feel like for the day. Cooking them not wrapped lets the skin get nice and crispy.

Then going to smother it in some of our leftover sausage gravy from making B&G on Sunday.

Served with a Wild Fermented Sauvignon Blanc, Marinated Sliced Tomato and Olive Bread from a fresh batch.
