5500 still seems underpriced with what they go for.

Besides the rust and the miles, it's being sold out of Brooklyn, NY. I would never buy a car from there. I've seen a few cars in person and usually VERY misrepresented in the ads.

Having lived in, and near the city, for most of my life, I second this. Those NYC roads have absolutely destroyed a few of my dads bimmers over the years. Between the potholes, salty roads, parallel parking where you're guaranteed to be love tapped most days of the week, and incessant stop and go/short drives, it's probably one of the worst places to buy a car from in the whole country.

My rule was: Only sell to person from NYC, never buy vehicle from NYC (maybe one exception is Long Island).

Really? Seems like a clean car, but the spec isn't really anything special. xDrive/Auto/non-sport. Being from a southern state is helpful though I guess.
