holly shit, i've been asleep since 1:30 pm today. . . . those norcos and muscle relaxers kept me KO'd, plus the fact i only slept for 3 hours last night

You've got to get off the computer/tv for atleast an hour before you to go bed. . . they stimulate the brain too much for someone who's about to go to sleep. Make sure the room your sleep in is at a perfectly comfortable temperature, is as dark as possible, and dont try to sleep. . . you have to just sleep once your tired.
