Opening a condo? Fool, it's not a restaurant. What does the condo have to do with the Ritz though? You mean they're going to buy a condo and rent it out or something? My friend's wife's sister lives in one of those condos in downtown L.A., I seriously hate it. You pay top dollars to live 20 feet above where the crack fiends are doing crack at.

It seems to be the new trend though, these new high rise condos..they just finished making the new community next to the Glendale Mall, it's friggin huge, at least 1,000 units for sure.

downtown la is a huge investment
when they get all that shit out
it'll be like downtown chicago
my condo will shoot up
and no not renting it out
me and my sister will be living in it

Not sure how they will clean everything out because the hobos still gotta go somewhere. I'd imagine it becoming like Santa Monica..nice area but still filled with hobos at night.

I'm just not made to live in the 'city, city'. I get freaked out every time I go visit my friends in Beverly Hills, WLA, West Wood, etc. Everything is just too damn crowded for my liking.

Sounds like a good investment though. Cars come and go, and depreciate like no other (in most cases)...you can always buy another BMW in the future.

Autos only. I looked into a Prius, but to really see significant savings, you need to drive at least 30k miles a year. I've seen a black Prius on black TE37s...shit looked real sick! I really like it.
