the red rocket is "sleeping" with her top up after a 50 mile top down jaunt up I-5 from my little town to seattle for the most important calendar item on my agenda....lunchroom monitor and playground monitor at my grandson's 1st grade class.

Great photo here man. I have the exact same car. Except the M-sport bumper was on my car since it left the factory. It's good to see how my car would sit without the super short & crashy factory M-sport springs.

Switched up the wheels and got some Eibach prokits/bilsteins. The drop didn’t seem any lower than the stock sport suspension but at least it rides smooth now!

Have similar suspension height (ST Suspensions sport -30mm) good compromise for daily driving without paying attention to every unevenness of th road, looks good

Seeing the E39 540i wheels on a E90 is nice. I have Bilsteins on my factory M-sport springs & trust me, it's not fun to be that low. Granted I have larger & wider wheels. But still, it's not fun when it's just me in the car & still rubbing on small bumps above 40-45 MPH. The highway can get pretty uncomfortable at times. LOL
