Juan, you work at a dealer, so do you really think buying my SA things like lakers tickets, cologne, wallets, and other men's goodies would drastically help me get the best service for my car and be able to let some things slide? Basically, would I have the favors returned to me?

There's one or two techs in Irvine bmw's service bay that im cool with and most of those guys respect me and the car because they appreciate what I've done to it (you'd be suprised how many cheese ball looking cars roll through there). My original service guy was a dream! But he got fired. . . so the next guy is nice too, but definitely not the same. If I could just always request that either of those two techs works on my car, and continue to send my SA goodies, then I think I could have a smooth relationship with my service

not true...whenever there is a repeat prob(ie. matts car) the factory rep has to get involved

They broke into the ecu compartment luckily I have never tuned my car

All they found was golf tee mod and catless dp's. They said if I put the oem dp's back on and reconnect the exhaust that I MAY be able to have my warranty returned but as of now I am "Red flagged"

I just hope it works! Because spending 30-50 every other month or so on your SA as long as they'll let some things slide or go easier on you is worth it.

I just want to know the extent to which I could get away.

do they have the rights to look at your car like that? cops sometimes need a search warrant to look through stuff, but some do get away with it..

i think im going back to stock and just doing cosmetic....to be honest...i want to move on from the 335......this car lost the its flare for me
