he dropped 101lbs in 4 months.

he was over 400lbs...

nutri systems?
My co worker was 340, he has lost 42lbs to date, took about 2 months at this point. Wants to get to 250.

no too sure what he takes..
but he told me he is on weight watchers, excercising, and cut down on soda and beer...

Soft Drinks will kill you man (figuratively speaking), so much sugar, and beer isnt much better! Weight Watchers does work.

i dont drink soda anymore and i try to only go out one day on the weekend... i dropped 16 so far working on another 25 and then after that another 25 and then we will see whats up
