it really depends, if you are staying on the 10 west once you get on the 60, then stick to the 10, but if you are going to 101, 60 will merge into 101, and you dont have to make several lane changes from the 10 to 101...

no no.. 10W is the same.. if you stay on the right side past Fremont Ave, you will then stay on the 10W... however, if you just stay on the left past Fremont Ave, it will then just become the 101..

I had a massive headache earlier...ran down to the liquor store (actually drove, not ran) and bought some excedrin extra strength...helped a lot
