Got my car back, man does she look purdy! They did something to my dr door tho, when I hit unlock the thing doesnt pop up like it used to. I think they knocked the connecting rod off or something, so he is setting an aptmt to get it fixed at the local BMW shop, and for my inconvenience he is also having them replace my brake pad sensor / reset, that I never replaced! woot woot!

hahahha the shop at work. We have an enormous shop with about 5 mechanics. You cant be as big as us and not work on your own equipment!

haha that is very true, even the bigger companies have us come out to fix their shit cuz their mechanics dont know how to do shit except the basics, not to mention most of the work requires special, expensive tools that they dont want to buy

We have them all bratha! There isnt a single thing we will sub out, if there is a tool required we have it! I was just down there about a week or two ago and we had 2 330C Cats with the tracks off and a D9 with the cab off, and the engine on a stand. Our guys are really good, we do not have a turn over rate here, our Mechanics have been here for the majority of their lives! We also have a few guys that are in their 30's who really know their shit! We are very fortunate.

We also do all of our own welding, The stick on our 345 was cracked so we wedge cut it all out and welded that too, when I think about how good our guys are and how shitty they were at my last place, I dont even know how my last placed functioned!

My buddy just bought an 05 CBR 1000RR. Installed a power commander and an Akropovic exhaust (slip on I believe, but could be wrong) and some other supporting things the other day, says the thing is by far the best bike he has ever owned, or ridden!
