the stance of the car looks perfect Socket, I think the next mod should be a set of wheels with some sticky rubber!

[QUOTE=AUSf22;18041889]Good choice for tyres, the yoko v103 is an excellent tyre. If you can't match the pair of rear tyres with the 103s you can always go to the latest model yoko v105.
Wheels are subjective, maybe CCW classics if the budget allows? Agree wheels are a personal choice, but one of most difficult decision to make IMO, unless of course you don't give a toss and then you can put in anything you like lol I really like the clean look of the 230s on SPCGRY but if an upgrade is in order here is my short listed rims Last edited by Socket; 06-06-2015 at 10:38 AM.. |

![]() I looked at the CCW Classics but I believe the largest size is 18"? Whatever you choose just remember if they're custom there's a pretty long wait time so order them ASAP. Are you looking for aggressive fitment? |

Thanks Koncept 19s are harder to find then 18s and the 5x120 are harder again. Lots of JDM wheels dont have the same stud pattern so unless you get customs or run an adapter then choice is limited somewhat. Agree with Scotty above classic mesh style would look good on spcgry ![]() |

I just got back from my weekend trip through some of country Vic's wine regions and i thought i would share some pics with you guys.
Bought the missus a voucher for some accommodation at Balgownie estate which allowed for 1 night in Balgownie estate Bendigo and 1 night at the Balgownie resort in the Yarra Valley. Headed up to Bendigo on Saturday and had a nice night in Bendigo, haven't been there for ages but it is still a nice quiet little spot. Drive up there was pretty boring, as it was just on the Calder, but a good chance to give the 330d a run at 110km/h for a while (maybe a liiiittle bit faster ![]() On Sunday we headed off to the Yarra Valley via Heathcote (dropped into the town for a few purchases), Kilmore and then Kinglake. This drive was much better, the scenery and roads past Kilmore through the Kinglake region were awesome and i would recommend you all go for a spin through this area if you haven't! This morning we got up and went for a bit of a drive around the Yarra Valley before returning home. I'm very familiar with the Yarra Valley area, so we just kept to a couple of wineries and headed back through Eltham. Always like the drive along Eltham Rd coming out of Yarra Glen, and for once i wasn't stuck behind some slow drivers! ![]() Really enjoyed having a good ride in the 330d, haven't had too many long drives in her yet and was happy that i got to put her through her paces a bit with some nice points for overtaking etc. *usual diesel comment on fuel economy :P* - passed about 460km with half the tank left, pretty happy with that! The trip map (over the 3 days) ![]() At Balgownie estate in Bendigo ![]() At Yarrawood for lunch (Near Balgownie estate, Yarra Valley) ![]() And.... Some of the haul! ![]() |
