Hard to diagnose until you have your tune dialled in mate. You need to decided which tuning path you're taking like I mentioned to you before.

It could just be the combination of low boost levels and WGDC with upgraded turbos and inlets causing strange turbulence.

Agree mate is difficult when part way through an upgrade. I think I'll go with the custom wedge tune but not sure what other options there are other than Cob. jB4

Some are the tial blow off valve but the woodland creature hooting sounds WTF? turbo flutter, loose intake pipe sucking air?

It sounds like you are playing a melody pop.

Something is not right. Hopefully it's a cheap fix.

Update

One solution to the weird turbo/intake sounds was to increase size of the vac reference line from the manifold to the BOV. The theory is that the stock vac ref line is too small to allow the BOV to respond quickly enough with the increased airflow from the RBs and VTT intakes.. makes sense.. So Vtt (aka Vince) and I set about increasing the size of the vac ref line to 6mm
I can report the weird sounds have been reduced but not resolved. It has definitely helped but there is something else going on here.. Pics of the upgrade below (thanks Vince for your help )

Pic 1 - The man himself (vince the Wiz) Spcgry in BG
Pic 2 - CP, BOV and other stuff removed so we can get to the manifold
Pic 3 - Puny stock nipple for ref vac line to BOV
Pic 4 - New 6mm nipple for ref vac line to BOV
Pic 5 - 6mm line to BOV

Looks the goods. That along with a softer BOV spring should do the trick for sure. The next step softer than the included spring is the white painted spring from Tial.

Hard to find a bloody brass nipple suitable for the mod! This kind of stuff is easy to find online but a bitch to find locally in store if you need something quickly. We had ordered a barb that didn't show up for the weekend so had to buy a hose fitting from Bunnings and machine down the barb to get the 6mm vac line to fit on the oversize barb.

Tapping the intake manifold was easy though, the tap didn't bind at all and cut through the plastic like butter. Sealed up the threads with teflon tape, saves us from using messy epoxies (and the cure time) and the tape is rated to 260deg C

Sat in the car with the new mod and still makes wierd noises, although its much much better than what was in the video.

Socket how you finding that different Alpina flash?

Maybe try a pneumatic specialist like pirtek etc in the industry these types of fittings are dime a dozen in industrial workshops.

Good to see that it's improved, whats the next step socks in troubleshooting this issue?

Might get a tune done as per Inks suggestion and maybe a check of the inlet connection to the turbos

Softer BOV spring really really should do the trick. The flutter is caused by the slight back off of the throttle not generating enough vacuum to overcome the BOV spring pressure and open the BOV. The bigger hose eliminates the restriction causing lag but it still does need the softer spring for the BOV to open as early as possible in all situations. I had this on my S14 and it went away completely on my S14 after changing to a softer BOV spring.

After the mod, I didn't hear any flutter and noticed there was a little bit of squawking under low throttle conditions if you played with the throttle right. Like the bov pressure differential was not enough to open the valve fully but there was enough airflow to make noise.

Letting off the throttle at high boost seemed to sound ok.

Softer spring should be the next step as long as it still holds boost.

Holding boost won't be an issue. See the bottom line in that Tial PDF document in all capitals.
