DHL is going to stop local delivery soon.. but as long as these actually ship out this week we should be a ok

We have nothing to worry about DHL, just as long as the deliveries don't take until Jan 30th!!!!!!!!!!

DHL, the German global shipping giant, will stop shipping within the United States on the ground and in the air effective Jan. 30, 2009, according to an announcement from the company early today.

The company will close its 262,000-square-foot hub at the March Air Reserve Base by the end of January, said Lori Stone, executive director of the March Joint Powers Authority which oversees redevelopment of the former air force base.

The sole international flight into and out of March Air Reserve Base was moved to LAX last month. The remaining four daily flights connected cities inside the United States.

About 300 employees work in the shipper's rented facility off Interstate 215 in Riverside where packages are sorted and loaded onto trucks and planes from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. nightly

We need to ship them out before we can get the tracking number so it won't be till after they've gone out.

DHL has to pick up the packages before we can get a tracking number... i don't know why DHL is taking so long to pick up the packages though

DHL comes same day from my experiences. The delay is likely with the vendor, which is no surprise. They should at least let us know which ones they will be shipping so we know what to expect. I'm pretty fed up actually.

I am sure we will here some good news by tonight...have some faith, at least I am!! They are a good company and stuff like this happens...hell, remember they sell other stuff besides these skirts and I am sure they are not closing up shop because of the delays of shipment of these skirts!!
