Ouch! Sorry to hear Nick! Does MW know whether it's just an software update issue and not anything else?

Rock Falls is only 20 minutes from Stout, so I'll be there for that!

May even be running

So BMW NA just replaced all 4 of my Bridgestone RFTs due to the cupping issue. Big thanks to my SA at Motorworks for pushing it through. I have to say that I am less than impressed by Bridgestone tires. I had all 4 tires replaced on my '06 330 for this same reason, so they don't seem to be learning! I wish tires could be specced when ordering the car...

If I were off from work, I would like to see how Brian's car does.

I've been reading up on this and didn't realize how big of a problem this cupping issue is. I am surprised that Bridgestone haven't done anything. I wonder if they are waiting for someone to get hurt in an accident.

Well Bridgestone did acknowledge an issue with the Turanza tires on my 330 - there was a recall there. The Potenza tires on my 335 are not included in the recall, Bridgestone don't seem to be saying anything. It was BMW NA that covered mine as a goodwill gesture.

Saw some nice cars at C&C this morning. That blue IS-F was my favorite by far. Will post up my pictures soon.

I also am interested in an update.

Looks like nothing much is going on here. Here's my pictures from the C&C last saturday (may 1), forgot to post.

Weird. Owner converted his Corvette to a 55.

Looks like I'm going to have to bring in my car soon. The service indicator for my brakes is up, so I call Motorwerks to get a quote. About $600 for the front and $400 for the rear. After I got off the phone, seemed like I was going to have a heart attack.

Anyone know a place that I can get my brakes serviced? I've pm'ed Kevin and JBEurotech.

$1000 for brakes? Wow Man, main dealers don't seem to make much sense once the car is out of warranty...

Exactly, so hopefully there are some smaller shops that are able to service my car for a little bit cheaper. Otherwise, I may have to trade in my car .

Chaps Lets Not Let This Thread Die!

Fellow minnesotan bimmers, lets not let this thread die. Clue us in on whats happening in your bimmers' lives

On my end, the HP bug is infectious. I am already thinking about other "go fast" mods.

I am actually thinking about a hotchkiss front sway bar quite seriously because I would like to sort out a bit of the body roll. Does anyone have any experience with this install?

SWEET CARS AND COFFEE PICTURES BTW MARTIN!

That sounds way too expensive! Is it pads and rotors or just the pads? How many miles do you have on the car?

On a side note, I've been thinking more about the muffler delete. Is there a cat in the muffler that I should be worried about?
