i doubt the exhaust can really cause any problems to the 335s.....its more like the dealership trying to blame on anything they could and refuse to honor the warranty....

seems more like a quality and ethic issue more than modification....

im not sure if they are denying all warranty service. But i have read of 2..3 people that went in for wastegate actuator problems and they have been sent away because of the secondary cats being deleted.
