I have no idea how a wrench got lodged in there. I guess while driving...I dont know...but that shit looked mad stuck in there....and I did get a random CEL so.....Iono...

did u recall who did it...or what job had performed to your car previously?

I dont really recall, but there is a place close to me that fixed one of tires, but they didnt use a torque wrench...they used the powered version.

usually techs use a torque wrench to do a final check on the lug nuts
