Now your drawings are "art"!

And also no longer fit for consumption by Mormons.

At work right now, haha, but will do guys.

I've got a couple of small cosmetic mods I'm thinking about doing now.

I gotta figure out how to get the drop to look right, too. The rear is nice and low, but the front looks too high. Someone suggested cutting a dead coil from the front springs. I scrape my cat enough, though.

I used to have the yellow laminx on my high beams but my friend has an e30 coupe as well with the same wheels and he has the yellow so i swapped them out and put on some tint colored laminx to make a little different. haha

what suspension are you on right now? i just have hr sports with bilstein hd's. I'd like to try out some sports though

it's coming along. I got back the side mirrors and front lip which initially had to be painted, and I put them on yesterday. I'm waiting for my friend to take off his LSD, so that's probably next on my list. But as far as engine, it's running good enough to take to the track. Still trying to figure out the rpm tach not functioning properly though. Here's a pic i took with iphone yesterday

I'm on an ireland engineering setup, which is bilsteins + IE springs. There's a whole lotta spring in the front.

Oh snap, your car is looking good. Yep, LSD would be awesome! I'm planning on getting one after I do the LSD swap on my E46.

My rpm gauge started going funky a couple of months back, too. It usually stays between 2.5k-3k rpm now, but sometimes starts working normally. Have you checked the cluster out? I tried the simple fixes on mine and my service board is good so I'm going to try reflowing the solder joints on the main circuit board. That seems to work for some people.

Yeah i tried changing out the SI board with one i found on the local e30 forums but it didnt help. My friend used a multimeter and both batteries are good on both SI boards, and I remember the previous owner saying that he tried to swap the actual tach and it didnt do nothing, so i'm thinking it's probably something on the board.

I have another e30 at home and i'll probably try to swap the entire cluster minus the odometer as a last resort but I want to try to swap just the rpm guage first just to make sure. Only problem is that the other e30 i have has an airbag and i dunno how to take that out lol

This cluster stuff is a headache. Let us know how it goes after you try that. The way mine is acting suggests that a node is floating. Since I don't have a spare cluster to play with, I think checking the contacts is probably a good bet. I'll post back here after I mess with it.

Haha, I'm paranoid around airbags. Mine doesn't have one, but I remember reading something about disconnecting the battery and letting it sit for some time so it can't deploy. Then you take it off in the usual manner by releasing the clips or bolts behind the wheel.
