Why not? They can tow it anyway. You can appear in court and fight back or claim for the damage, but is it worth your time and money?

just got back from bmwsf. agent michael wu said he have never heard of the problem. scheduled a time for sometime this week. hopefully they are willing to fix it.

Ay, I been trying to call BMWSF service but no one picking up. Did they inspect your car at all today while you were there or did they just make an appointment for you for another date?

Excellent job by Mach III, can't even tell it is there. If you can live with rock chips, that's fine. I had mine touch up and repainted first before clearbra at Dynamic Automotive, reasonable price and match with OEM paint.
