That's what it says. When you click on check name it says network problems are preventing communication with your MS Exchange server, contact your admin.

harry, have you checked these?

BESADMIN user account has proper rights on user object in your domain
and on BES server itself

see Assigning permissions for the BlackBerry Enterprise Server administration account Doc ID : KB02276 from RIM

BESADMIN is not a member of any protected groups in AD (groups with administritive access)

on your BES server , BESADMIN account have MAPI profile setup

All Exchange , BES servers should have same mapi32.dll version
