Dude, I've been running and skiing since I was a kid, so it's only a matter of time before my knees go bone on bone. Yeah, I get it about good shoes and all, but it's a matter of time before they give out. In the meanwhile...keep on shredding those 7 mile Mondays

Actually I feel my left knee pretty bad by the years of heavy squating and a lot of working some days of 12-15 hours and lack of sleep .
So probably we are in the same situation...Sadly..A it's matter of time .
But you know barbarians never give up !

Sinuses are chronically for the last 5 years and I need a surgery but I'm chicken .
My sinuses are probably caused by my work stress situations , I saw it also with other people .

Sicario I saw you know where and I'm waiting for a version with NL substitles before downloading .

Life is living and not worrying about preserving your body until you can't enjoy it, right?

I can't lift worth a damn and usually get tendinitis from one arm dumbell rows. I also max out at girlie weights and look like a wannabe when I do anything around the plate rack, but I don't have a spotter or a coach.

When I'm in the gym, it's usually burpees, jumps, some pretend lifting, legs, crunches, planks, pushups, abs, or rowing.

I did finish before the wife.

If.... you count me making her walk jog it with me and then pulling her back behind me by the shoulder at the finish and crossing the line with fists in the air as winning. :

It was a harrowing 11:50 pace and the last 10th of a mile sprint did my legs in. But, I'm no distance runner by any stretch and the last time I ran more than one city block was over 6 years ago. Not sure why I agreed to do the Turkey Trot but my legs are paying for it. Well, they are likely paying for the spring portion anyway. Lol

Chianti would work, but I think I'd use a vegetable dish as a side. I find that most organs need a companion with a mild but distinguished taste.

Now has anyone seen Tara around? She was supposed to come for a lunch for the black and white shot but is seems like she vanished without a trace.
