Hit the Post Reply button (or if using Quick Reply, hit the Go Advanced button). The editor window will come up where you type in your response. Scroll down until you see the Manage Attachments button in the Additional Options section. Click that and a new small window will pop up that lets you Browse to find an image on your machine. Once you pick it, hit the Upload button and the image will show up in your post. Check it with the Preview button.

If you can post a reply on this site from your iPhone, you should be able to pick a picture to upload. I've never done it, though, so I can't say for sure.

Yes I do, but I didn't know where the editor window was. Sorry, computer illiterate here.

Rode my first Zwift run today with my new Kickr Snap trainer. Very cool setup. I'm beat and just as tired and sweaty as I would be on a normal, outdoor ride.

Still, it doesn't beat riding outside, except on days like today when it's pouring rain and blowing 30MPH gusts.

Here it is finally, the new ride. Specialized Cross Trail, took it out for a 30 mile ride yesterday. Handles the gravel nice and it is pretty fast with the CF frame. Disc brakes and the brain shock are great. Thanks for your help.

Very cool. Still working my way up to a 30 mile ride. I'm off all this week and the weather is supposed to be decent but windy, so I'm hoping to get a 30 mile run in before winter really sets in.

Lots of wind here at the beach. I look at it as a challenge and endurance builder.

Zwift in combination with a smart trainer is a serious game changer.

Especially this time of year with the short days and the cold, it's a no brainer.

I recently started doing the event rides and races.. I don't put too much into the results as you never know if your competitors are fudging their weight but it's still an incredible way to push yourself. Getting my HR pegged at 200 for 20 mins reminds me of my old crit days.

I'd love to see somebody make a smart fan that cranks up the intensity with speed to add some realism.

Back in the real world today. Did my first 30-miler. I wanted to get at least one in before the end of the year and today was the perfect day for it. Of course I check Strava and see that Mr. Tonka blew me into the weeds with a killer century ride. Nicely done, sir.

Good job putting a 30 mile ride under your belt Mark!

I really had no business being out there on that ride today. It was an adventure though. I hadn't ridden a road bike for more than 33 miles since October and i was struggling from miles 70 to 90. For some reason, my legs came back at the 90 mile mark and in those last 10 miles i averaged about 70 watts more than i did for the previous 30 miles. Around mile 75 i started pounding fluids and had a small tube of Pringles which may have replenished some much needed saltiness. I'm not sure what to attribute it to, but in miles 70-90, my hamstrings and quads were VERY close to cramping. I feel pretty good now. I wouldn't mind riding tomorrow even. Strange...

I have Kreitler rollers with a fan attached. It cranks up the fan speed the faster you spin. I am selling them as at 74 I don't have the balance I once had. They are a great trainer for balance and pedal stroke.

I put a deposit on a 2018 Trek Domane SL7 Ultegra Di2 today. Now the wait begins. Still waiting for my Garmin Vector 3S pedals to go with the new bike. Hopefully all that comes together next month.
