apparently the ticket is fake. i dont know if the guy is fake or not....all the websites/blogs/companies he claims to have started or run do not exist. all you get when googling his name is a shit ton of social media profiles.

plus the ticket zip code says 90077, which is Los Angeles. that city looks like laguna something...which should be in orange county.

some sort of elaborate hoax by a media company?

The zipcode is where the person lives, that has nothing to do with where he lives

If you look at the bottom it says Laguna Hills and the zip code next to it is 92653, which is in fact laguna hills

yeah, but the blurred out city where the person lives should read los angeles for zip 90077, and it doesnt look like it was los angeles.

Yeah, it informs you of speed traps etc. And you can report them too. But you have to sign in I believe.
