I actually think the condition is a little rough, so low 20s if someone really wants this rare spec and is willing to bid up. But I expect it to come in lower than that.

The car does have 120k miles of year round driving in Maine, so every bushing that hasn't been changed is due for a refresh. I also noticed some rust on the driver's door hinge which appears to extend to the actual body. The A/C evap core needs to be replaced, the front bumper needs to be repaired or even replaced because of the dent on the passenger side fang, rear bumper needs to be resprayed, and the PPF needs to be pulled at this point. Also the tires could do with replacing, since they are probably dry and hard (though they don't appear to be cracking).

This is absolutely worth restoring, but it'll take someone who wants to put in the time and money.

I’m glad I’m not the only one that feels this way. It definitely ticks a lot of boxes for an ideal spec.

But at minimum the whole thing needs PDR for what really seems to be hail damage and both bumpers repainted and blended to the rest of the car.

Need front differential replacement on my 11” E91 AT / xi with 100k miles. Any advise on where to source a good front diff and how much would it cost for labor to replace the noisy diff. Located in NYC tristate and was quoted 2k for the entire job with salvage yard sourced parts

Good look finding a used one. My shop looked briefly and given the very involved job on an Xi car, it wasn't worth putting in another potentially tired differential. Parts alone run ~$2600.

Maybe buy a Carfax/Auto Check report to see if you can find out where it's registered now.

Agreed, especially after the last LeMans auction sold for under $15k. But, its his car he can ask whatever he wants, doesn't mean he'll get it. All it takes is one buyer though who may really want it.
