haha damn, how many intakes you goin through? I've read the same thing about injen. But honestly everyone is gonna have something to say about all of them. Like asking what exhaust is best, or what tune is best etc...

i dont know if thats a fact, but i've read that about them. Same thing with the dci. It gets heat soaked but then people say it makes up for it cause the turbo's dont have to work as hard or something i dont know. Theres something for every intake. I thought you wanted to go true cai?

yea i wanted to but everything i see says DCI is best for tune so INJEN looks hot and so does aFe but DCI looks like ass

i think prob safest bet is to get a drop in filter so the stock airbox keeps it away from heat and it allows more air in, but your not gonna get that awesome sweet sound

bout them used, i think i paid around 160-170 with all the extra spings and everything. Next time we meet we'll go for a quick drive so you can hear them. The intakes and everything, especially on a nice cool night is so intoxicating

i dont think you can go wrong either way to be honest. ive never heard or experienced injen but ive read good things about it as well. like i said its like asking which is the best tune and all that. I think injen would be just as good. Anything is better than stock airbox
