forge dv's dont add power, they prevent you from leaking boost thru the stock dv's that cant handle the boost levels from the tunes. so if you have jb3 running map 7, you may feel a performance increase with forge dv's due to your engine seeing the full boost generated by the turbos (14-17psi) instead of the stock ones leaking boost so you are only seeing say (10-14psi)
