Did you order a new one?
Ordered a used one for $140. Rebuilt ones were insanely expensive. I'll take the risk of the used one.

Used clusters are affordable now. I have one for sale from 2013 e92. Let's make a deal.
Hehe already bought one locally for $100. Now I have to virginal the damn thing, what a pain. Works well but I can't stand the tamper dot.

Installed new BMS charge pipe ! did not go as easy as it should have, but she is in, and no codes when running through the gears in high rpm's. Think I got her on there leak free.

Installed (another) performance steering wheel ... thicker, light grey stripe, black stitching, textured sides, smooth top/bottom, and slight flat bottom.

How involved was the install? Was any coding required? What car did it come from/where did you get it (I've never seen a flat bottom E90 wheel)? If you dont mind, can you divulge how much you paid for it?

I somehow manages to scrape the top portion of the leather on mine and it bothers me every time I see and feel it. Depending on the difficulty of the install and price, I'd like to get it replaced...

Reattached and used silicone on cowling at base of windshield and now my car is leak free!
I just bought it from my neighbor in October for $3K. Obligatory introduction post will be here soon!

comfort access changed my life.

I used to keep spare windows and gaskets on hand for my previous cars because I lock keys in things.

<3 comfort access. been pondering retrofitting it to my MK1 TT (where it was never offered)

Today I installed a new oil filter housing gasket (definitely more painful without that 1/4" E10 socket and ujoint the pelican guys have, grr).
Since I pulled out the alternator, I figured I'd replace the tensioner while i was in there, since the deflection in the bolt was already causing the belt to go 1/8" or so over the edge of the pulley.
Next up, updating maps on the CIC and turning on BMW Apps. Tomorrow I'll wash off the engine cleaner/degreaser I sprayed in there. What a mess.
