The symptoms that I described are still there for my IJE0S DCT.

That is, loss of pedal fee when releasing pedal on upshift, then getting on the pedal again.

Why do you take your foot off the pedal during shifts? Granny shifting a DCT!

No wonder you are having problems shifting, the TCU has no idea what on earth you are doing

It's just when playing around with the exhaust burble. Not during the normal Fast & Furious sessions.

Lol. Is this a driving lesson thread or burble thread?

As iatacs has mentioned, this is to invoke the burble, or just general coasting/cruising... Obviously not in hard wot.

Fwiw people are paying tuners to have the ghost cam feature. MHD why the hate? You added this exhuast option.

My car rarely idles but I wouldn't mind this depending on aggressiveness.

Ghost cam is absolute rubbish and will create more confusion, worries and a lot of noise.

Shitty idle and possible stalling events are best avoided

You don't ever lift off the pedal while shifting a dct wot or not.

Looks like not many people are driving the clutchless manuals cars properly.... These are the same type of people complaining about e46 m3's smg2.

Although the dct has come a long way, if you want smoothness you'd be better off on an auto

Why anyone would pay to make their car struggle to run is beyond me. "Ghost Cam" runs lots of overlap and just enough timing to keep the car on. If the AC compressor kicks on at the wrong moment, or something else saps some load from the car, it can stall out. I wouldn't want to be responsible for that.

fair enough.

Couldn't you put a slider in like the exhaust ppk setting and have a warning about stalling if set to aggressive? But i get your view point and will stop bugging you about it

I assume it wouldn't work for me anyways as I have to keep my RPMs up at 1k anyone because of the LWFW/clutch.

Has anyone noticed the pops and gurgles get quieter over time or any oil consumption? Just curious.

Is it possible to enable burbles when reving in park/neutral, similar to N55 PPK?

Thank you.

yep thats why you can turn it on and off with the comfort/sport modes. It's the deceleration fuel cut off algorithm, when you lift off it keeps fueling for split second extra and you get cool noise. Has little to do with exhaust other than making it louder perhaps.

+1. Sounds awesome when revving while cruising in neutral but when you come to a stop and rev there is no burble.

Massive respect to everyone involved in bringing burbles/crackles to N54.

Is it possible for upshift crackles on the N54?

just a random question. (new to mhd)

Right now, i'm running stage 1 tune with burbles (they are awesome).
Will be putting my downpipes back on in few days.

If i were to flash stage 2 tune (after purchasing the license of course), will it take another 40ish minutes? or 2 mins like when i was changing my burble duration in stage 1?

i need to know since, i have to bring the battery charger to the shop depending on the situation.

thanks!
