Don't go to the mothball fleet, it will not meet the challenge. The Iowa which WAS there, is the ship I took a picture of.

Correct and if you look at your picture, a tug is pushing on the side of the Iowa. So that picture is older than ~8 months
The Nimitz was/is in SF for the GG bridge party last week.

Being landlocked, the closest I can do is post pix of the battleship models I've built. But, models are not allowed per some older challenges.

I've tried to check which ships are docked at Everett Naval Station and it doesn't seem like anything is in town atm. The Nimitz and Abe Lincoln carrier are home-ported there, but out on duty. There's no AC130 base on the west coast either. So......I've been trying.....

I think the Nimitz is in SF or just left, it came down for the Golden Gate bridge anniversary.
Take a pic of the harbor with a camera and you might get lucky, you also have destroyers and frigates. Who knows what else is there.
