I've driven without front plates on a couple of my cars for the past 5 years here in Texas and have never once been pulled over for it.

Nice. Texas cops have real problems to solve. Most Ontario police are twiddling their thumbs in parking lots. I've been pulled over thrice in about 8 years for it, which isn't so bad. Some people I've known get dinged within days or weeks. Pure roulette.

I've been driving in Texas for a little over a year and been pulled over 5 times... but none of them wrote a ticket, apparently it's legal to have it in the windshield

Yeah the windshield is what most people do. Personally I just dont like the way it looks, I even more dislike the way it looks on the front bumper.

Really! Just hit 50,000 miles and the Low Coolant light came on TODAY! Immediately stop in at the shop and the gentleman says, "We topped her off and I think you can cancel your appointment in the am. It was barely low and I don't see anything." Meanwhile, scrawny guy yells, "Hey boss it's getting wet over here!" UGGHHH So they drop the cover and why I'm not sure because we all know they couldn't see anything! They automatically assume I will need a new radiator to the tune of $800.....What a Monday!

Summer of last year there was a shooting in kitchener Ontario, where two guys in a white c class killed a homless guy. Police started a chase with them on the 401. They lost them past milton... Never found the guys again. In US the airforce would have been involved before those guys got away. They were in a 4 banger mercedes how do u loose them..

Could also be a water pump.

Took her to a local shop to flush the coolant and they did a full inspection for free! Super stoked they said all looks okay minus the radiator fan was installed incorrectly.... ha ha.

they gave me a 2018 X1.
the motor is installed wrong, and it has torque steer.
