I keep the stereo in my car at a low volume all the time so no need to turn it down.

It's always on, though.

It's better every day by just a little bit. A lot of little bits are starting to add up to a little big bit. Walking a little better every day. Today I cruised over the (small) obstacle course in PT without any help, such as a walker or cane. Still using the walker around the house, as I don't want to wear my AFO boots, which stabilize me. 1: Because they aren't comfortable for a full day, (or even more than a couple hours), and 2: because the more I walk without them the better I get. 3 months ago I couldn't stand up. Today I drove myself to therapy. Lot's of good change! Thank you for reading, and asking!

I've never had my stereo at ear-bleed levels. For some reason, I like to hear what's going on with the car and outside. It is also painful...
