I wouldn't worry about that bro. . . . 10-20 minutes is normal for a car to get up to temp

ok... cause one night we were hangin out at my shop... and when we left to go home at 2 in the morning... we started her car to warm up... and there was very very loud valve clicking noise... that i heard it from probbaly 30 feet away...

To the point where the car sounds like a diesel engine at idle? Thats normal as well, it's the direct injection system that makes the clicking noise. And remember, never let the car just sit there to "warm up." Running a cold engine at idle to warm up is not the ideal way because the engine is remaining at a constant RPM, meaning the wear patterns would be inconsistent as well.

What you need to do is start the car, wait about 30 seconds, then just drive it and keep the RPM's under 3-4k until the temps are close to the middle point on the gauge.
