Here's the deal I'm going to lay on the table soon, how does this sound? Does it look like there are any fees I'm forgetting? Any calculations incorrect?

e90 328xi:
Term - 24 months (12k miles)
MSRP - $37325
Invoice - $34445
Cap Cost - $34945 (500 over invoice)
Residual Percent - 73%
April MF buy rate - 0.00175
New lease addition - 0.00015
Base Money Factor - 0.00190
Residual Value - $27247.25
Multiple security deposits - 7 (0.00007 * 7 = 0.00049)
Adjusted Money Factor - 0.00141

Depreciation equation:
(((Cap Cost - Down Payment) - Residual) / Term)
(((34945 - 0) - 27247.25) / 24) = $320.74

Monthly Interest equation:
((Cap Cost + Residual Value) * Money Factor)
((34945 + 27247.25) * 0.00141) = $87.69

Tax equation:
((Depreciation + Monthly Interest) * 0.09)
((320.74 + 87.69) * 0.09) = $36.76

Total Monthly Payment: $445.19

Total Cost of the Lease: 445.19 * 24 = $10684.55

Total Cash Due (First Monthly payment, Fees, Zero Down, Max MSD) = $4400*

* $3150 returned at lease end due to MSD

I'm unsure about this "new lease addition" increase in mf?

Can you explain? I got buy rate on my e90 back in august (.00175) what is the NEW ADDITION stuff? looks like a nice deal though!

Just ordered an E90 335.

Sparkling Graphite
Sport Package w/ paddles
Premium Package (black leather, light poplar wood)
Cold Weather Package
iPod/USB
Park Distance Control

Invoice = 43755
Cost before t/t/t = 44635 (includes 180 training fee, 200 MACO, 400 over-invoice dealer profit and 100 processing fee) --- so essentially $500 over invoice
Cost after District of Columbia 7% tax/title/reg = 47,978

Wow that's a lot of money. First time I've typed it out. I feel I got a very fair deal, and can't wait for the car to arrive.

Paid 14,300 out the door. Financed through bwm. 4.2% Apr 60 months.
This is our first bmw. Also got dealer to tint the Windows and fill the
tank with gas twice and a bmw to shirt. :P Did we get a fairly decent deal?

As long as u r happy... Its always a good deal tho i'm not sure why u didn't get the 2009/2010/2011 CPO deals with the .9% financing??? All in all $14k for a used bimmer is nice... Just pay off the debts quick and find a good indy mechanic. Your car should give u lots of good times even @ 200k miles
