4 herb seasoning, S&P, sauce, bacon, sliced mozz More oven spring from the crust because I ran out of my favorite flours (semolina rimacinata and tipo 00) and made up the difference with unbleached white all purpose flour. The beef chunks from last Saturday were put in crock pot this morning. About 3:30 the two bags of mixed sprouts from Sunday Farmers market were added. About 5:45 I grubbed a huge bowl, with a piece of brioche
