The Italian place I go to is named Franco's something.... If you go there, it is in a business ctr. food court and he closes at 3pm. You will see all this pictures on the wall and notice he has pictures with Bill Clinton, Jay Z, and all these Hollywood Celebs. I guess the story was he had a famous restaurant in NY or something but he got a divorce and that was that. He now is the cook/owner of this food court joint in Irvine. It's all to-go, he cooks it on the spot and the sauces there are excellent. The lobster part wasn't that great (it was premade and a bit firm) but the overall dish was excellent. He has other good dishes as well.
