i watched the special on CNN yesterday about N. Korea.. The NY Philharmonic went to N. Korea to play because they had built a concert hall that resembles the one in NY.. it was probably one of the very few times people from another country were able to go into N Korea.. they showed how the lights were so bright while the people were there trying to be at their best, but once the concert was over, N. Korea was back to very little power usage of lights and less food for the people..
