Seared one side, flipped, then added butter

Flavor was as good as the American Wagyu, but certainly spent more time/effort chewing. $9 vs $65???

Chile was HOT throughout the butter, which I drizzled over the mashed taters

Wifey's baked cod, boiled Yukon Gold potatoes, and corn. Before the butter, salt and pepper, and tartar sauce. Easily one of my favorite meals. Love me some baked fish.
