Captain Dan's has an outlet during tourist season nearby. Their cakes have lots of fish instead of mainly potatoes compared to the frozen offerings at grocery stores. Fresh products from a local factory. Yummy...!
I do make my own on occasion.

That's right. I remember you telling me that before. Wish we had something like that around here. I can only get fish cakes when we travel back east or over to the UK.

Mine are more like a galette. Wider and thinner like a thick crêpe. Pan fried and not baked. I used a combination of Salmon, Cod and Haddock I'll flag you when I make some.

Without any Brothers Pepperoni left, I decided to tried a Walmart "low cal" Jalapēno Cheese Smokies...

Pretty good replacement but luckily our QA queen is going to Halifax to audit our warehouse in August.

She has been told that we don't care how many Major/Minor NC she found as long as she comeback with a suit case full of Brothers Pepperoni it's all good
