My first BMW was the ex car of my dad. He gave it to me as a present. It was an E34, 1993 BMW 520, green color.
I still have the smell of the car. It was pretty impressive. |

Never thought I'll actually own a car but last week I bought my own 5-series (520d), xdrive since I live in Sweden. And just love it!

No photos but my first is a 2003 TiAg E46 M3 coupe, 6MT I bought back in 2018. Its been a challenge but still enjoy driving it everytime I go out.
Hoping to switch to an El Diablo exhaust before I put it away for the winter this year, really want to hear what this car sounds like with a proper exhaust. |

Same here; 03.5 in 2006. Super-questionable financial decision, but I wouldn’t trade the experience of enjoying an E46 M as a young guy while it was still the current model for any number of dollars or house deeds.

Hello everyone
This is my first BMW and first forum post. No better way of introducing myself than to show some images. Purchased early June 2021 2017 320D (B47D20 140kw) NBTevo HU with 8.8' touch screen and (larger) controller I purchased few days ago. Looking forward to ID6 Last edited by Maycry86; 06-29-2021 at 09:42 AM.. |

My first car was a 40 hp 1 litre polo from 2000. There was not any power left in it. I got my first bmw car after it, f30 320i lci. Its a world of difference. Except for the mileage, 1 litre per 10km on both of them average.

My first car was a '49 Chevy rolling chassis. I never did finish it. My first registered, legal, running car was a '67 Dodge Dart. Not long after that, my first BMW was a 1986 535i which I wish I still had honestly, that was a great (redacted) car. After a long string of VWs and two Porsches I bought a 2009 335i for my second BMW which I still have.

My first BMW is sitting in my garage right now. My first car was a '76 Nova slant 6. Simple, reliable, maroon (inside and out), and with a horizontal 55 mph speedometer without a stop for the needle on the left, so it turns out you can go MPG fast on the freeways on Montana – just keep that needle going clockwise.
More stories to come about the 1er as I start accumulating trips and miles, I'm sure. So far, it's been mostly surprised laughs: the sounds it makes when blip ping the throttle on a downshift, the sheer stick when accelerating up a nicely curved and cambered long on on-ramp; the joy of finally being back in a RWD car... |

1971 BMW 2002 alpine white with blue interior. 51k miles, popped out of 2nd gear, shot center bearing, trashed Guibo, fubar carb. Purchased at age 15 1/2 for $1500, and my dad and I fixed everything before I turned 16. I drove it for 10 years and >100,000 miles before being pile driven by a Buick.
