Yeah that's cool.
I have friends that live in Vegas and they said it definitely isnt as hot as normal right now.
It gets wayyy hotter.

yesterday took me 4.5 hours to drive back from Primm (NOT VEGAS, about 30-45mins away from vegas) to Arcadia...

average speed is 48.5 mph....

i was there last year for my friend's wedding...it was so much hotter....even the wind breeze is warm....

when i went back in '07, it got up to like 115/116.

daym....no wonder i didn't go to MFest...

5 hour plus made me felt like forever....

funny thing...i saw a raised pickup truck...trying to use to freeway sholder break down lane to get to the town exit....but caught by San Bernadino COunty Sheriff SUV which was stuck in traffic also...

exactly.....
but more extreme when i drove last December 25....when we got to 15/215 intersection....it was slow and foggy....then sunny plus rainbow before barstow.....then cool in Barstow....about 100 degrees after Barstow...then on final Mountain pass...it was 35F and ice on the road....

I left around 430 5 and it took FOREVER to get back to SLC.. I was falling asleep at the wheel. It was an awful drive back.
