I think the only difference ar ethe spring ratings, and they arent that different from what I understand! but I have never tried them either!

The vettes with crossfire only had 190 hp and I beat one in my 91 cavalier Z24! (6 cylinder Tuned port injection)

ride quality is a bit better, adjustability of the shocks on the coils, and your stock shocks dont like lowered springs, they wont last as long, but its the way i would go with my car, i aint paying for coilovers lol
