hahah, we drink the 5hour energy drinks for our finals week. Half of us slept for 24 hours afterward.

HAHAH Now my 2 year old son fell asleep on the floor with the wii controller in his hand, while playing toy story mania....I should do this more often to get him to nap!

You know what really works though. Regular exercise! I remember when i was on my biggest loser bet and i was exercising almost everyday I had to wake up at 3AM for work. I didn't feel sleepy at all. I was up until around 11AM, then took a nap. I can feel the diff in energy lvl

i believe is was the power nap that made the difference...

but yah...now i'm getting fat...and more sleepy....
