Skeddy and marinara, garnished with leftover caramelized onions and semi-confit tomatoes. Accompanied by salad, fruit for dessert.
The garnish made the meal. No pics, it was good! |

I usually buy my sausages fresh from my butcher but these, along with the ones I posted earlier, were a promo at the deli counter and on special. I was not disappointed. I had hot Italian before but those ones were flaming hot.
